How we helped Yondr book 40 meeting-ready leads in 90 days, from Allianz to Sony
An immersive-tech agency with no outbound, taken into Fortune 1000 brands: 40 meeting-ready leads in 90 days and an Allianz deal.

Introduction
Yondr is a Belgian agency that builds interactive 3D products and immersive experiences for brands: configurators, VR and AR applications, showrooms and trade-show installations for clients such as the Royal Belgian Football Association, Leonidas and Tourism Flanders. In early 2024 the founders wanted to take that work to the world’s largest brands, and to niches beyond the agency’s core clients. Yondr had never run outbound. We built its first campaigns.
The Challenge
Selling immersive experiences to Fortune 1000 brands by cold email, with no track record of doing so.
No outbound experience → the agency had grown on its network and its portfolio. Nobody had written a cold sequence or built a target list.
An enterprise buyer → innovation, marketing and brand leads at global companies do not take meetings from a first email. They needed a reason to engage before a pitch.
New niches, unknown messaging → Yondr wanted to test markets beyond its established clients, where it did not yet know which angle would land.
What We Built
We gave enterprise prospects something worth replying to before we asked for anything.
Lead magnets instead of pitches. Each campaign was built around a reason to engage: an invitation to a virtual summit on immersive technology, an eBook, and a 2024 trends report. The ask was to attend or to read, not to book a demo.
Segmented lists for each niche. Target brands were grouped by industry and use case, so an insurer, a retailer and a consumer-electronics brand each received a campaign written for their world.
Copy with charm. The emails were short, personal and written to sound like one founder writing to another, with the summit and the report doing the heavy lifting.
Three lead magnets, one ask
01
Virtual summit
An invitation to an immersive-technology summit, where Adidas was among the sign-ups.
02
eBook
A guide for brand and innovation teams, offered instead of a pitch.
03
2024 trends report
A report prospects could use on their own, with the agency's thinking inside.
04
Segmented lists
Fortune 1000 brands grouped by industry and use case, each with its own campaign.
“
Adidas signed up for the summit! Nice work guys! … It seems like this approach is working. … Response rate is quite good, we should keep pushing on that angle.

The Outcome
Within three months the agency’s calendar had names on it that no referral had ever produced.
Step 01
0
cold emails ever sent before the engagement
Step 02
40
meeting-ready leads in 90 days
Result
Allianz
deal closed, with HSBC, Sony and Oracle in conversation
40 meeting-ready leads in 90 days → qualified conversations with enterprise brands, from an agency that had never sent a cold email.
A deal with Allianz → closed from the outreach, alongside meetings with HSBC, Ipsos, Sony, Amazon, Swarovski, Oracle and H&M.
A repeatable playbook → segmented lists, a lead magnet per campaign and a reply rate the founders asked us to keep pushing.
Why It Worked
Value arrived before the ask. A summit invitation or a trends report earns a reply from an enterprise lead where a demo request does not.
Each niche got its own campaign. Segmenting by industry meant the message matched the brand’s world instead of describing Yondr’s.
The founders stayed close. Replies were read and acted on daily, so a positive response turned into a meeting while the interest was fresh.
Ready To Own Your Pipeline?
If your work is built for the biggest brands but your pipeline is built on referrals, this is where we start. We give enterprise prospects a reason to engage, segment the market, and run the campaigns until the calendar fills.
