How we helped CIDT book 6–10 meetings a week by sending interested prospects a custom MVP
Cold email and LinkedIn for a Web3 and fintech software firm: every interested reply gets a prototype built for their company

Introduction
CIDT (Consider It Done Technologies) is a product engineering partner for blockchain-based financial products. Its 60+ senior engineers design, build and support DeFi protocols, stablecoin infrastructure, Web3 wallets and apps, and the web, mobile and AI products around them. In over ten years the team has delivered more than 110 projects, mostly for Web3 and fintech companies.
The Challenge
CIDT sells custom software, and custom software is hard to picture before you’ve talked to anyone.
A pitch that sounds like everyone else’s → every development firm promises senior engineers and fast delivery, so a cold email describing services blends into the inbox.
Nothing concrete to react to → prospects had to imagine what CIDT could build for them before they had a reason to take a call.
A narrow core market → the best buyers are Web3 and fintech founders and leaders, a small and noisy market that standard databases cover badly.
Interest that faded → a prospect could like the idea and still never book, unless something kept the conversation going.
What We Built
We built CIDT’s whole MVP outbound motion, from targeting and campaigns to the prototypes and the follow-up that turns a reply into a meeting.
Cold email and LinkedIn together. Campaigns ran on cold email through Smartlead and on LinkedIn through HeyReach, aimed at Web3 and fintech companies.
Title-based targeting. Lists were built around the people who buy custom software: founders, CEOs, CTOs, CMOs and heads of sales and engineering.
A custom MVP for every interested reply. When a prospect replies, we enrich their company, generate a software idea that fits it, and turn it into a clickable prototype with a name, description and real-looking screens, sent from CIDT’s CEO.
MVP nurture on both channels. Prospects who got a prototype moved into their own follow-up sequences on email and LinkedIn, with the prototype resent before the call so they arrive having seen it.
A 10,700-lead re-contact list. Leads from earlier campaigns were brought back into the motion instead of being left unused, alongside a re-engagement campaign for prospects who had already received an MVP.
How a reply becomes a meeting

Title-based targeting
Founders, CEOs, CTOs and sales and engineering leaders at Web3 and fintech companies.
02
A custom MVP
Every interested reply gets a clickable prototype of software built for their own company.
03
MVP nurture
Follow-up on email and LinkedIn, with the prototype resent before the call.
04
Re-contact list
10,700 leads from earlier campaigns brought back into the motion.
Inside The MVP Engine
The MVP is what makes CIDT’s outbound different. The moment a prospect shows interest, an automation researches their company and writes a full product spec, and the prototype is built from it in the prospect’s own brand, so the first call starts with something they can click through. In just 12 days in October 2026, close to 100 prospects asked to see theirs.

Since the enhancements were implemented, we have seen substantial growth in new meetings booked over the last few weeks! Thank you for supervising this process and making sure it works as expected. The volume of positive replies is excellent, and the number of meetings booked is also great.

The Outcome
Outbound is now a steady source of sales calls for CIDT, every single week.
Step 01
Reply
A prospect shows interest on email or LinkedIn
Step 02
MVP
A custom prototype built for their company, sent from CIDT's CEO
Result
6–10 a week
Meetings booked

Two of CIDT’s current campaigns, started in September 2026: 52,277 emails sent, 701 replies and 128 positive replies.
6–10 meetings booked per week → a run rate that’s rare for a software development firm selling custom projects.
1,030+ positive replies → since July 2025, across cold email and LinkedIn.
$6.5M in pipeline → generated for CIDT through outbound.
Prospects arrive warm → every meeting starts from a prototype built for the prospect’s own company, so the first call is about their product, not CIDT’s pitch.
Why It Worked
Show, don’t tell. A prototype of their own product gives a prospect something real to react to, which a list of services never does.
Two channels, one motion. Email and LinkedIn ran side by side, so a prospect who missed one still saw the other.
No interest wasted. Nurture sequences and the re-contact list kept working every lead that had ever said yes.
Ready To Own Your Pipeline?
If you sell custom work and prospects struggle to picture it before a call, this is the exact gap we close. We build and run outbound that shows each prospect what you could build for them, and turns that interest into meetings booked every week.
Book an outbound strategy call and we’ll map what an owned outbound channel would look like for you.
